Resources
- Rental with Bar:
- Building Rental is $150.00 per hour. If the RENTER desires the use of the bar, there will be a $50.00 charge for set up. Bartenders will be furnished by Post 53 and drinks prices will be those in effect at the time of the rental. Bar hours will be at the hourly rate of $35 plus drink purchased. "NO OUTSIDE BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED INTO THE POST." The RENTERS are REQUIRED to have LIABILTY INSURANCE and Sheriff/Police for any Party over100 persons. DISCOUNTED RATES for American Legion Members.
- Renter set up:
- The renters is responsible for Liability Insurance, setup and decorating of the room and the renter will have 2 hours of free time for this purpose or for practicing. The Renter is allowed 1 hour of clean-up, after use of (this includes emptying trash). If the renter uses any time over the 2 hours before or 1 hour, after the renter will be charged for the extra hours or portion thereof.
